I hope this worksheet helps you create a chronological profile as you build your Life Messages.
Use the questions on this form to profile birth to age 25. For those of you over the age of 25 you may want to follow this same pattern as you continue building your life history chronologically from decade to decade. The easiest way to divide the years, is as follows: birth through age 25, followed by 26 to 35, 36 to 45, 46 to 55, and so forth. It may seem overwhelming at first but this is truly one of the easiest patterns I have found to follow.
If you are willing to make this a huge project, using Access or Excel - or some other program or even a huge chart by hand - then you will be able to make notes in different decades as memory unfolds. Just remember for NewHeart Expressions to be able to open your work it will need to be finalized in MS Office - Word or Excel.
After you have finished working through this profile builder you are then able to answer Life Questions easily, systematically, and without headache. You may even learn some things about yourself you had forgotten or didn't even know you knew. Profiling will be a great advantage to you and your mentor.
